How do you photograph weddings?
We love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. We will send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... ! On your wedding day, all we want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Hyderabad and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 45 working days (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them and choose your favorites.
How many pictures will we receive?
It depends on the type of booking. Portraits sessions will have less quantity. The larger the event and with a great number of hours booked the higher the quantity of photos. On average a 6 hour event will have approx 150 photos.For example, in a wedding with 5 events you will receive around 700 images approx. NB. this always varies. We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Do you provide photo-books/albums ?
Yes we do, on the requirement basis. However this can be done with additional cost. We will take up the order only after the images selection is done by the client.
When and how are the final deliverables made ?
We are as excited as you to share your best memories.We will deliver a sneak peek of 50 images for social sharing within 10 working days from the last event. Adn all the edited images from each event, full length videos and a short film will be delivered in 45 working days from the final event.
What are the payment timelines?
Once we receive a confirmation email from your end we will take 60% of the total photography and videography fee to reserve the dates for you. 20% of the total payment should be made 3 days prior to the first event, 10% during the raw footage delivery. And,we shall intimate you 5 days prior to the final delivery. Final deliverables are made against the receipt of the balance 10% of the total fee.
Terms & Conditions*
- We will reserve the dates only after we receive the confirmation email and retainer fee.
- Cancellation terms :
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the total photography & videography fee will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 2 months prior to the event.
- A cancellation fee of 60% of the total photography & videography fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 1 month prior to the event.
- A cancellation fee of 80% of the total photography & videography fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Any additional services apart from photography and videography like Online streaming,LED screens etc will be charged accordingly.
