We strongly recommend using warm lighting at all the events (except sangeet). You can inform your decor vendor about it. Prior information to him from your end will give a hassle free experience to both of us.

Your hair and makeup artist will likely be asking what time they should have you ready by. While there is no exact science to this, being done about an hour before you depart prep location for the ceremony is ideal. This will give you at least 30 minutes to take photos before you leave that location.

"Getting ready" photos are a lot of fun for us and there are tons of wonderful candid moments we will capture. For grooms this usually takes approximately 15 minutes. For brides we like to reserve 30 minutes.

Tips to help the process go smoothly:

- Tidy the environment (make beds, pick up objects and garbage, hide the suitcases and bags, etc). Trust us, this will make YOU the center of the photos instead of the stuff. In just a few minutes of clearing the room will make a massive difference in the quality of your getting ready photos.

- Have all the detail items (outfits,jewellery,shoes,accessories,wedding cards, rings etc) out and together.

- Try to get ready in a room with as much natural light as possible.

- Try to have as minimum people(very important people) as possible inside the prep room.

Spotlight is on you two! But don't worry, we will make it simple and fun. We promise. If you've done a pre wedding photoshoot with us already, you will be well prepared for the prompts and how this process will work (you'll just be in fancier clothes).

We would like you to allot at least 30 minutes after you get ready and before the event starts (10 - 15 minutes for other events) for these photos, but if you want to give us an hour, we won't argue :) We love what we do, and the more time that we can spend documenting your love, the better.

We need 2 external USB hard drives (min 2 TB) from you which are exclusively dedicated for the wedding, one for raw footage and one for the back up footage which we will deliver during the final deliverables. Please make sure the drives have no data in them as we format the disks before writing any data on them (new drives are recommended). Our data manager will collect the disks from you at the first event. So, we request you to please keep them ready.

The last thing you want on your wedding day is to feel rushed! There is enough emotion already, and you don’t want any stress and panic by not having a proper timeline in place. Even though most couples know that wedding photographers role is to take photos most don’t realize how big a role your photographer will play on your wedding day. We love to work with our clients to help them get the most out of their wedding photography investment, and one of the most important tasks is the timeline. Also, we would like to request you to give the exact timings for each event and our team will be there 30 minutes before the mentioned time.
